The Fife Arms ‘Festival of Fashion’

The Fife Arms, a Scottish landmark, is hosting its first ‘Festival of Fashion’ next month. The immersive weekend event (November 17-19) will transport guests to the heart of the global fashion community, with contributors including acclaimed designer Giles Deacon, eminent fashion journalist Tim Blanks, designer Simone Rocha and The Telegraph’s Fashion News & Features Director Bethan Holt.  Alongside the dynamic talks, there will be a chance to visit interactive installations around the village of Braemar from Scottish textile makers and local designers.

More about Fife Arms

Since opening in 2018, Fife Arms continues to be one of my favorite properties in Scotland. If the surrounding landscapes aren’t enough to completely Wow you, then the comfortable elegance, the art collection (including a Picasso) and fantastic food will!

In the remote Aberdeenshire village of Braemar, hugged by the fast-flowing Clunie Water and
set against a tableau of dramatic, wide-open skies, endless horizons, and the soaring
Cairngorm Mountains, this wildly romantic hotel is the passion project of Iwan and Manuela
Wirth – the couple behind the acclaimed global Hauser & Wirth galleries – who imaginatively
restored this former landmark Victorian Inn into a flamboyant art experience.
Inspired by the landscape, local community, history and culture, the Fife Arms is where
tradition meets an explosion of contemporary art in an extraordinary story that unfolds in
wonderfully extravagant detail.

Situated in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, the largest
